It is okay to not engage in small talk that feels pressured.

It is okay to not engage in conversations that are uncomfortable, triggering, or involuntary.

It is okay to take breaks during events and parties, which may include stepping outside, going to the bathroom, or leaving.

It is okay to celebrate the holiday season with chosen family.

It is okay to not celebrate.

It is okay to be grieving during the holiday season.
